Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricant laboratories, petrochemical laboratories, or related industries.

• Strong background in chemical analysis and laboratory testing.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Lubricant formulation

  • Lubricant blending processes

  • Quality Control (QC)

  • Product development and performance evaluation

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting laboratory data and test results.

• Familiar with lubricant testing methods and laboratory instruments.

• Good understanding of quality assurance systems and laboratory best practices.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and team management skills.

• Able to lead laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing laboratory teams and laboratory operations.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and laboratory accreditation systems.

• Experience in petrochemical, specialty chemicals, or lubricant manufacturing industries.
