QC Inspector PDI

Responsibilities:

1. Perform QC In and QC Out inspection for newly arrived and delivery units.

2. Check unit condition, functionality, completeness, and quality based on PDI standards.

3. Perform and verify accessory installation according to company and customer requirements.

4. Identify, document, and follow up inspection findings until corrective actions are completed.

5. Prepare PDI reports, check sheets, and documentation.

6. Conduct periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of buffer stock units.

7. Support PDI SOP/WI implementation and continuous improvement.

8. Monitor related Work Orders (WO).

9. Maintain 5S standards within the PDI/workshop area.

Requirements:

1. Minimum D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering or related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in PDI & maintenance for automotive/heavy equipment is an advantage

3. Good understanding of mechanical, electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.

4. Able to read technical documents, inspection check sheets, and basic drawings.

5. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Willing to conduct field work/travel when required.

7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
