QA Qc Furniture Manager

About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced QA QC Furniture Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Majati Furniture in Semarang, Central Java. As the QA QC Furniture Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and consistency of our furniture products, aligning with our commitment to excellence. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement & maintain QA-QC system in line with US/EU standards

2. Lead Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection

3. Ensure product quality meets customer specifications & safety regulations

4. Manage NCR, CAPA & root cause analysis

5. Monitor quality KPI & drive continuous improvement

6. Conduct audit, training & ensure compliance with quality & safety standards

7. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse & other departments

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field

2. Minimum 7 years experience in QA-QC within furniture manufacturing, preferably for export

3. Strong knowledge of US/EU furniture standards & customer quality requirements

4. Familiar with ISO 9001, FSC, CARB, Prop 65, CPSIA, TSCA

5. Strong analytical, leadership & problem solving skills

6. Fluent in English (oral & written)
