About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel in Central Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement and inventory operations, leveraging your strong Mandarin language skills.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a proven track record of securing favourable deals

• Excellent inventory management skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues

• Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
