Purchasing Staff

Job Description:

• Analyze purchasing needs and prepare purchase orders (POs).
• Identify potential suppliers and vendors and maintain effective communication with them.
• Research and compare prices and quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or diploma in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
