Property Sales Supervisor (Sidoarjo)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor preferably in property industry.

• Proven experience in apartment sales with a strong understanding of the residential property market.

• Placement: Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential apartment products.

• Prepare and manage all aspects of new product launches, including marketing materials, floor plans, unit types, apartment facilities, exhibitions, and sales presentations.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate sales policies and promotional programs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through performance management, counseling, and effective communication to achieve business objectives.
