Property Legal Section Head

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Property Legal Section Head is responsible for lease agreements for new and existing stores and to ensure that all lease agreements for new and existing stores are signed within the timeline. 
Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, with experience in handling legal, property, land, leasing, and commercial contract matters.
3. Strong knowledge of property, land, leasing, and commercial contract matters.
4. Good understanding of land and building documentation and property transaction processes.
5. Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical, legal research, and critical thinking skills.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and business-oriented approach.
9. Good time management, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
10. Proficient in written and spoken English.
