About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Medical Equipment Company. Currently, they are looking for Project Manager & Technical BD Supervisor ~ Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and review project requests and requirements from clients, including technical specifications, design requirements, production volume, timeline, and other project-related details.

• Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, Procurement, and related departments to develop project proposals based on client requirements.

• Prepare and coordinate project proposals covering quotation, production specifications, design, production timeline, delivery schedule, and other technical details.

• Conduct technical and project-related discussions with clients to clarify requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate with the Director regarding commercial proposals and project agreements, and take over project management after the agreement is finalized.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project progress, technical matters, production status, and delivery schedules.

• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed according to agreed specifications and deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues related to cost, quality, design, production, and delivery, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

• Review and manage changes in client requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to assess their impact on cost, timeline, and production.

• Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to management and clients.

• Ensure all project-related documentation, specifications, drawings, quotations, and agreements are properly maintained.

• Support problem-solving and provide technical coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure their project requirements are properly understood and addressed.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Business-level English proficiency.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing projects from quotation to delivery, with strong knowledge and experience in production processes, preferably in the medical, automotive, and electrical industries.

• Ability to understand and discuss technical drawings, specifications, production processes, materials, and product requirements.

• Ability to prepare and review quotations, project timelines, production plans, and technical proposals.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively handle technical and project-related discussions with clients.
