Project Manager

About the role

This role will be responsible for managing projects from planning through construction and completion, while supporting business development activities and ensuring projects are delivered according to the company's budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with contractors and business partners.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into project scope and execution plans.

• Support project proposals, costing, quotations, and commercial negotiations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.

• Support ongoing projects and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.

• Manage projects from planning through completion.

• Coordinate Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Site Teams.

• Ensure project execution follows approved designs, specifications, scope, budget, quality, and timeline.

• Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction activities.

• Identify project issues and ensure timely resolution.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Property Development, Construction, Engineering, or related industries.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Property/Project Development, Project management, Construction Management, Project Scheduling, Cost Controlling, Project Progress Monitoring.

• Experience managing projects from planning, construction, to completion.

• Experience working from the developer/owner side is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of project scope, drawings, schedules, budgets, construction progress, and project costing.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong commercial and project management mindset.

• Able to effectively manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel to project locations if needed.

• Experience in property, villa, hospitality, or high-end residential development is an advantage.
