Project Manager

• Direct and manage project and team from the beginning to end process.
• Manage project and serves as a lead in a cross disciplinary team.
• Responsible for the management and coordination works of the whole process of the project.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, components & resources in development process.
• Facilitates communication between internal project team and customer during project execution.
• Create and manage planning for project resources.
• Manage and Planning Project Budget.
• Manage and report to PM Manager on weekly project report/project progress.
• Manage client communication (provide solutions based on project requirements)
• Familiar with some working tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio & Microsoft Project.
• Having knowledge and experience in IT System Infrastructure
• Having knowledge and experience in Data Processing and System Development Lifecycle.
• Resolves issues & conflicts within the project team.
• Scheduling of project milestones, management & delegation of project design/development tasks.
• Responsible for the quality, safety, progress of the project.
• Responsible for the handover works and the maintenance management work in the later period after the completion of the project.
• Full-time (Urgently required).

Kualifikasi

• Having minimum Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Having minimum 1-3 years experience in leading IT Projects as a Project Manager. Preferably experienced in the Finance and Banking industry.
• Could demonstrate ability to solve problems flexibly.
• Could demonstrate ability to drive team based on high level and ambiguous requirements/business goals.
• Having experience creating concrete requirements from high level and ambiguous project goals.
• Having knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Database and Application would be an advantage.
• Having excellent communication skills (both customers, internal and partners)
• Understand Project Methodologies and able to coordinate with Project Team during project implementation.
• Ability to work in tight schedule to reach deadline and handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Have strong technological skills and ability to learn task management software such as Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Willing to do business trip in order to implement projects to other cities.
