We are a Japanese interior design and build company specializing in office, commercial, and residential interior projects.

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Project Manager who has experience in managing construction or interior projects, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage interior and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.

2. Supporting job to Japanese that related project.

3. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and work progress.

4. Coordinate with clients, Japanese management, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

5. Supervise site activities, monitor workmanship quality, and resolve project-related issues.

6. Review technical drawings, specifications, quotations, and project requirements.

7. Provide Japanese–Indonesian translation and interpretation during meetings, site visits, and project discussions, including project-related documents.

8. Prepare project progress reports and oversee project handover.

Job Requirements

1. Japanese language proficiency is mandatory (minimum JLPT N3).

2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design is preferred.

3. Candidates from other educational backgrounds must have relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project management.

4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or interior projects.

5. Good understanding of technical drawings, construction methods, materials, and site operations.

6. Strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

8. Willing to conduct site visits as required.

The candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring project deliverables are met, and leading the execution of high-quality projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
