Project Executive

About the role

This role involves managing fit-out and retail projects, including technical coordination, material management, and site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Create bill of quantities and drawings

• Place material orders

• Create work schedules

• Manage material delivery for out-of-town shipments

• Prepare material samples

• Coordinate technical and non-technical issues on site

• Prepare inspection data

• Check workshop output quality

• Prepare fleet and equipment

• Monitor supplier and subcontractor progress

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 1 year experience in fit-out or retail projects

• Able to work in a team

• Disciplined and responsible
