About the role

Supervise daily production activities to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets. Control manpower, materials, machines, and production processes effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets

• Control manpower, materials, machines, and production processes effectively

• Monitor production performance, productivity, quality, and downtime

• Handle production issues and coordinate corrective actions with related departments

• Lead and develop operators and team leaders

• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, 5S, and company regulations

• Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity and production efficiency

About you

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from reputable University

• At least 1 years of working experience in manufacturing industry

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge about Automotive Engineering and Automotive Business

• Able to work under pressure and achieve production targets

• Good communication in Bahasa and English

• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
