Production Supervisor

About the role

To supervise and coordinate production operations to achieve daily targets while maintaining quality, safety, productivity, and efficient use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet operational and customer requirements. Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.

• Supervise daily production activities and the production team to ensure that correct formulations and proper quality control procedures are followed.

• Streamline production processes, identify and remove production bottlenecks.

• Monitor product quality and compliance with approved procedures.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations and compliance with customer quality requirements.

• Coordinate the timely dispatch of products to customer sites and retail stores in accordance with sales orders.

• Prepare production reports and follow up on operational issues

Experience & qualifications

• Engineering Degree.

• 4-5 years' experience in paints / chemicals manufacturing industry.

• Team building and manpower management.

• Dynamic, analytical and dedicated with a hands on, can do attitude.

• Computer literate. Knowledge of AutoCad preferable

• Willing to work at Gunung Putri, Bogor
