Production Packing Line Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall packing line operations to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets.

• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials in the packing area.

• Monitor production KPIs, downtime, waste, and line performance.

• Lead process improvement initiatives and operational problem solving.

• Ensure implementation of GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

• Develop and coach Foremen and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/FMCG industry.

• Experienced in leading production or packing line teams.

• Strong understanding of production systems, productivity improvement, and productivity line efficiency.

• Strong problem solving and decision making.

• Have an excellent leadership skill, communication and team coordination skill, self motivated, able to work within a tight deadline and target, have a natural affiliation in a fast paced environment, able to work in a team as well as individually.

• Willing to work in shifts.

• Willing to be placed at Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java.
