PRODUCTION MANAGER (PM)

PT Berka Raya Bali

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Production Manager to manage production operations and ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules, progress, quality, and deadlines.

• Coordinate with clients, tailors, QC, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Follow up on sampling, orders, materials, and shipment preparation.

• Provide regular production updates and reports to management.

• Handle production issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and solution-focused.

• Good English communication skills, especially written.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive.

• Experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage.

• Willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

Working Schedule

Monday–Saturday | 09.00–17.00 WITA

Compensation

• Training period: Up to 3 months — Rp1,500,000/month.

• Permanent employment: Salary and benefits according to company policy.

Meal allowance and applicable performance-based benefits are provided according to company policy.
