Production Manager (Cosmetic Manufacture)

About the role

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end production process for cosmetic products, from raw material weighing, processing (mixing), filling, packing, to warehouse delivery, ensuring all operations meet established quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production chain for cosmetic products—from raw material weighing, processing (mixing), filling (filling), packing (packing), to delivery to finished goods warehouse—ensuring compliance with established quality standards

• Plan and control production schedules in coordination with the PPIC team to balance raw material, packaging material, and finished product availability to meet customer deadlines

• Ensure all production processes comply with Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices (CPKB), ISO 9001, Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH), ISO GMP 22716, and PKRT regulations

• Review and approve production documents such as Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure traceability and data validity

• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of supervisors and operators; ensure readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment

• Analyze product failures, reduce reject rates and downtime, and continuously improve cost efficiency and productivity
