About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join PT Sinergia Beaute Indonesia on a contract basis. This is a pivotal role within our Marketing & Communications division, specifically focused on Product Management & Development. Based in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and success of our product portfolio. As Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring that our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to our consumers.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential product innovations

• Defining product requirements, specifications, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Managing the product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch optimisation

• Creating and maintaining product roadmaps that guide development priorities and timelines

• Liaising with marketing, sales, operations, and development teams to ensure successful product delivery

• Analysing product performance data and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements

• Managing product budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation

• Presenting product updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry

• Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation through commercialisation

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Demonstrated success in developing and launching products that achieved market traction and profitability

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership

• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean

• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Knowledge of pricing strategies, market positioning, and consumer behaviour

• Experience with product analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or product management certification is advantageous

• Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills essential
