About the role

Product Manager role responsible for developing product strategy and innovation aligned with market needs, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and ensuring products meet quality standards and medical device regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and innovation according to market needs

• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis

• Ensure products meet quality standards and medical device regulations

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, supplier, and distributor teams

• Determine pricing strategy and evaluate product sales performance

• Provide product training to sales team

• Build relationships with suppliers and business partners

• Prepare product development reports and sales target achievement reports

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Health

• Minimum 1-3 years experience as Product Manager

• Product development capability

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (preferred)

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Accustomed to working with targets

• Proficient in Ms. Office

• Domiciled in Jabodetabek
