Procurement Specialist

Role Description:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage vendors, source and procure IT/non-IT goods and services, oversee tenders, and maintain SAP master data to achieve savings and cost efficiency.

Job Description :

• Vendor management: Manage and assess vendor performance 

• General sourcing (for IT and non IT) to get vendors to select Supplier based on criteria

• Tender Management: responsible for organizing tender in related Industries 

• Purchase IT & non-IT services/non-services from vendor or supplier for customers and internal company support and record to SAP system

• Master data management: material master, service master, vendor master 

• Contract Management: responsibilities sign contract between companies and suppliers

• Execute and monitor export-import activities, collaborate with vendors and appointed PPJK to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Execution procurement initiative pipeline 

• Achieve annual savings and cost reduction

• Prepare and deliver procurement reports periodically

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance/Accounting

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (IT Industry, Appliance Industry, Telecommunication/Provider Services)

• Required Skill(s) : negotiation skill, vendor evaluation, Ms Office (excel, word, power point), ERP (SAP Mandatory), E-Procurement, leadership skill

• High Integrity, able to work based on target and under pressure

• Proactive with strong communication skill, proficiency in English is a plus

• Have good logic & analytical thinking

• Open minded and fast learner

• Strong individual network in Procurement
