Procurement Manager

About the Role

Develop and manage procurement strategies for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, and other operational needs across the business. Lead sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and purchasing activities to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, availability, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring consistent quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and support the company's profitability targets.

• Work closely with Operations, F&B, Product Development, Finance, and other stakeholders to support daily business needs and new product development.

• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, food safety standards, product specifications, and applicable regulations.

• Lead and develop the procurement team while continuously improving procurement processes, systems, and supplier management practices.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within retail F&B, QSR, restaurants, hospitality, or FMCG.

• Strong experience in food, beverage, packaging, and operational procurement.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, supplier management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in managing local and imported products is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
