🚀 What You’ll Do:

1. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
2. Analyze and reduce production waste, losses, and product defects.
3. Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production productivity.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Persyaratan

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good communication and collaboration skills..
5. Willing to work in both office and factory environments.
