Process Engineer (Defect Analyst)

This position is needed for 2 different departements: Production Control and Raw Material Mixing.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

• At least minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): production analyst, production defect, production management.

• Have good communication and coordination skills.

• Good analytical thinking and problem solving.

• Mastering QC 7 tools.

• Mastering in Ms. Excel (Pivot Table & Graphics).

• Understand the application of 4M and QCC analysis.

• Willing to work in shifts

Job Descriptions:

• Able and know to make analysis, calculation and execution for production defect.

• Presenting defective product data in the form of reports according to requirements

• Investigating the root causes of NG product failure

• Coordinate with related units to conduct data collection trials or process analysis

• Compare the actual conditions of semi-finished materials and manufacturing process parameters with established standards

• Conduct daily inspections of defective products and process daily data for classification

• Assist the Production unit in tracking production parameter history to ensure that parameter changes do not affect the quality of finished goods.
