Process Engineer

Bachelor Degree of Metalurgy/ Mechanical/ Industriall Engineering with minimal experience 5 yeas in Manufacturing Industry.

To submit BOO tasks in the Engineering Workbench, through review new process development, and related productivity adjustment.

To lead adjustment and productions improvement by existing established process through increase capacity/ runtime reduction by priority list - including timeline, impact and coordination with Engineering, Costing, Tooling and Maintenance Team.

To drive sustainable improvements by existing issues or boost productivity in current process.

To help giving solutions for day to day production process issues related to runtime and output.

To drive production support initiatives focusing on reject reduction, rework minimisation including prepare all supporting tools (Jig/ Fixture/ GoNoGo/Dies/Cutting Tools/ etc)

To responsible for preparing and updating Standard documents (GOS/work instruction/one poin lesson/Trial report) for the related works.

Able to read and analyze technical drawing.

Must be able to speak English fluently (communication and writing).

Must be authorized to work in Bekasi MM 2100.
