Process Engineer

About the role

Process Engineer at PT TOPY PALINGDA Manufacturing Indonesia. The role involves analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure stable and efficient production performance

• Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational targets

• Conduct process capability studies and identify opportunities for waste reduction and productivity enhancement

• Support new product introduction and process validation activities

• Monitor production process KPIs and prepare problem analysis reports

About you

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable University

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong analytical and hands-on skills

• Knowledge about Automotive Engineering and Automotive Business

• Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and other continuous improvement tools

• Good communication in English

• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
