Primary Vice Principal of Academic Excellence (Placement: Pangkal Pinang)

MHIS Bangka is expanding! We are seeking an experienced and visionary Primary Vice Principal of Academic Excellence to strengthen our academic leadership team.

Lead curriculum development, enhance teaching and learning quality, and ensure effective curriculum implementation across our academic programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.

• Experience in academic leadership, curriculum coordination, or school management.

• Familiarity with Pearson Edexcel / Cambridge or other international curricula is preferred.

• Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, instructional strategies, and teacher performance evaluation.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teachers.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Experience working in an SPK or international school is preferred.
