About the role

We are seeking a PPIC Staff to join our operations team in Karawang, West Java on a contract basis. This is a crucial position within our Production Planning, Inventory Control and Scheduling department that plays a vital role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. As PPIC Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels and optimising our supply chain processes to support the company's operational objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels and manufacturing capacity

• Monitoring and tracking inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability whilst minimising excess stock

• Coordinating with production, procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and production execution

• Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

• Preparing and maintaining production reports, forecasts and inventory documentation

• Managing bill of materials (BOM) data and ensuring accuracy in production systems

• Liaising with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve supply chain issues

• Supporting the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures

• Assisting in capacity planning and identifying potential production constraints

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Business Administration

• Proven experience in production planning, inventory control or scheduling operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Strong proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and manufacturing planning software

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data and make informed decisions

• Good knowledge of inventory management principles and production scheduling techniques

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is advantageous

• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
