PPIC Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive professional to join our team as a PPIC Staff.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and inventory levels

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure production plans are aligned with business needs

• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available according to production requirements

• Monitor inventory levels and material usage to prevent shortages or overstock

• Track production progress and identify potential delays or supply issues

• Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and material data in the system

• Analyze sales forecasts and inventory data to anticipate production and material requirements

• Support capacity planning and production scheduling

• Prepare regular reports related to production planning, material availability, and inventory

• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall operational processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Supply Chain, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing

• Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, and material planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with data and numbers

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is a plus
