PPIC Manager (Food Industry)

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align production plans with customer requirements.

• Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or machine downtime.

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock movements and minimize discrepancies.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate communication across departments.

• Ensure that production processes adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.

• Certification in supply chain management or related fields is desirable.
