About the role

As a PPIC Staff member, you will be responsible for production planning, material requirement planning, and monitoring material availability to ensure production activities run efficiently and according to schedule. You will work closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, and other related teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate production plans based on project requirements and production schedules.
• Calculate and plan material requirements to support production activities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and layouts to identify material requirements.
• Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to support the review and understanding of technical drawings and layouts.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available according to schedule.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or material shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of production plans, material requirements, and inventory data.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production planning and material availability issues.
• Support improvements in production planning, material utilisation, and operational efficiency.

About you

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
• Able to plan and calculate material requirements according to production needs.
• Understanding of modular construction or modular manufacturing is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
