About the role

PPIC STAFF responsible for Production Planning & Inventory Control. The role involves creating and monitoring Production Planning & Production Schedule based on customer needs, forecast, order, machine capacity, manpower, and material availability. This position requires coordination across multiple departments including Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to ensure smooth operations and material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor Production Planning & Production Schedule based on customer needs, forecast, order, machine capacity, manpower, and material availability

• Monitor production realization against production plan and identify deviations

• Create and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on production needs

• Ensure availability of raw materials, supporting materials, packaging, and production materials as needed

• Monitor inventory level, stock accuracy, safety stock, minimum stock, and material shortage

• Coordinate with Purchasing regarding material needs and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with Warehouse regarding receipt, issuance, and material availability

• Coordinate with Production regarding production capacity, targets, progress, and production constraints

• Monitor material delivery and outstanding purchase orders related to production needs

• Assist in analyzing production capacity, machine capacity, manpower, and bottlenecks

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain preferred

• Fresh graduates with good analytical skills are welcome to apply

• Understanding of Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Inventory Control, Safety Stock, Minimum Stock, Lead Time, BOM (Bill of Material), Capacity Planning, Material Shortage, and Production Monitoring

• Able to analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Excel functions such as SUM/SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and data processing is an added value

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Able to work with targets and deadlines

• Able to communicate and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, and Management

• Able to work individually and in teams
