PPIC

About the role

We are seeking a PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) candidate responsible for conducting production planning, inventory control, and ensuring the availability of materials and components in accordance with production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and organize production planning based on targets, needs, and production capacity

• Monitor the availability of raw materials, spare parts, components, and other production needs

• Conduct monitoring of stock and ensure alignment between production needs and available inventory

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and related departments to ensure smooth production processes

• Monitor production progress and ensure production targets are achieved according to schedule

• Create and update reports related to production planning, inventory, and material usage

• Identify potential material shortages or surpluses and coordinate follow-up actions

• Conduct checks and record material movements in and out related to production processes

• Assist in evaluating material needs and efficiency of inventory usage

• Ensure planning and inventory processes run according to company SOP

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or manufacturing

• Understanding of basic production planning and inventory control

• Able to conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills with various departments

• Detail-oriented, systematic, responsible, and able to work with targets

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Willing to work in a factory/manufacturing environment
