Planning Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in construction/project management, MEP, electrical engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience in planning for large data-center EPC projects; familiar with Tier data-center standards and MEP commissioning sequences.

3. Proficient in project scheduling tools and WBS planning; strong coordination and reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the overall project milestone schedule and Level 2/3 WBS schedules covering surveys, civil works, MEP, steel structures, ELV/low-current systems, equipment delivery, individual testing, integrated systems testing, load testing, acceptance, and handover.

2. Monitor progress against the baseline schedule, identify delays and critical-path risks, and propose recovery plans.

3. Coordinate schedule updates with construction, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project teams.

4. Prepare progress reports and communicate schedule risks and corrective actions to management and stakeholders.
