PJT Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Handle the SNI authentication process

1. Import documentation & product distribution permits

2. Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, legal, warehouse, marketing) to gather and submit required documentation.

3. Ensure all product labels and packaging meet regulatory standards set by Indonesian authorities

4. Monitor validity periods and manage timely renewals of licenses and certifications.

5. Support the team during regulatory inspections or audits.

6. Assist with customs documentation and import clearance when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy with an active STRA (Apothecary)

2. At least 2 years of experience handling product registration or import licensing for cosmetics, electronics, or consumer goods.

3. Familiar with SNI certification process.

4. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with regulatory deadlines.

5. Good communication skills and experience coordinating with government institutions and international suppliers.

6. Bahasa Indonesia and English is a strong advantages.

7. Have a CDAKB Training Certivicate as the technical person incharge
