We're not looking for just anyone.

If your idea of fitness is photos, hashtags and tripods, this job isn't for you. If you spend more time setting up the shot than coaching the lift, keep scrolling. We've seen the reels. We're not hiring them.

We're looking for a real trainer. Someone who knows how to read a body, load a program properly, and get a nervous 52-year-old through their first proper squat without breaking them. Real fitness, for real people.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

A small boutique gym inside a private villa complex in Bali. Not a warehouse. Not a franchise. A tight, well-equipped space where the training actually gets attention — because you're not shouting over forty people and a sound system.

Your clients come from two places: guests staying in the complex, and a steady stream of high-end private clients brought in through our own marketing, run by one of Europe's most respected marketers in the industry. The pipeline is handled before you ever walk in. No cold outreach. No hustling for leads on socials. Your job starts when the client is in front of you — and it's a simple job: get them results good enough that they book again and tell someone.

WHO WE WANT

— An early riser. First client walks through the door at 5am. Every day. If that sentence made you wince, this isn't the role.

— Someone who trains. You can run 5k. If you can't, don't apply. We're not asking for a marathon. We're asking that you live the thing you sell.

— Qualified. A recognised certification, non-negotiable. Specialisations in strength, rehab, mobility or pre/post-natal are a real advantage.

— Ready to move. Bali isn't a holiday here. It's where you'll live and work. Come with your eyes open.

— Good with people. High-end clients are demanding, private, and they notice everything. Discretion and professionalism matter as much as programming.

WHAT WE'RE NOT

Not aerobics. Not CrossFit. Not a bootcamp. And definitely not influencers. If the brand you're building is your own face, build it somewhere else.

THE PACKAGE

— Starting salary IDR 10,000,000 per month

— Commission on every client

— Target of 80 clients per month, uncapped on one-on-one personal training. Train more, earn more. No ceiling.

— A boutique facility in a villa complex, with a clientele most trainers never get near

— First in the door as we open. You shape how this runs.
