Personal Chef

Requirements:

• Min. Vocational High School (SMK) in Culinary Arts or Diploma/Bachelor's in Culinary Arts /Hospitality.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef, or Personal/Private Chef (Restaurant, Hotel, or Premium Household experience is a plus).

• Proficient in Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine.

• Skilled in preparing delicious and well-presented Healthy / Diet Meals.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FIFO inventory management.

• Capable of weekly menu planning, grocery list preparation, and efficient food budget management.

• Honest, disciplined, punctual, highly proactive, and polite.

• High integrity with strict respect for privacy, discretion, and household etiquette.

• Flexible to work according to the employer's schedule (including early morning shifts and holidays).
