Performance Management Sr. Staff

Job Description:
- Design and continuously improve the performance management system to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Verification of the conformity and accuracy of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) with standards or programs
- Coordinate and manage the performance review cycles (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual reviews).
- Regularly review and refine the PMS to ensure it reflects the changing needs of the business and workforce.
- Work with managers across departments to ensure consistency in performance management practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on performance management
- Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, goal setting methodologies (OKR, SMART goals), and employee development programs.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
