Nurse – Full Time

Job Description:

• Provide basic medical care and first aid to students and employees.

• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions.

• Handle minor injuries and medical emergencies on campus.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

• Coordinate with clinics/hospitals when further medical treatment is required.

• Promote health, safety, and hygiene awareness within the campus environment.

• Coordinate with hospital/medical service vendors.

• Provide basic health, safety, hygiene, and first-aid education or training to students and employees as required.

• Assist in delivering health and safety-related training, awareness sessions, and emergency preparedness programs on campus.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing (D3 Keperawatan) / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan).

• Active STR and relevant nursing license/certification.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a nurse.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to deliver basic health, safety, hygiene, and first-aid training or educational sessions.

• Able to work independently and respond calmly in emergency situations.

• Responsible, caring, and professional.

• Willing to work full-time at PIB, Tabanan, Bali.
