People Culture & Performance Management Specialist (Supervisor Level)

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Performance Management System, including KPI setting, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Develop and implement People & Culture initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and company values.

• Analyze people data and develop performance & engagement dashboards.

• Support talent management and employee development initiatives.

• Partner with business units to drive performance and culture programs.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Management, People & Culture, OD, or HR.

• Strong understanding of KPI/OKR, performance appraisal, talent management, and employee engagement.

• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work with stakeholders across different levels.

• Growth-oriented, curious, and constantly seeking improvement in learning methods and culture.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel).
