About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Pelayan Restoran to join our team at Ta Man, Badung. As a full-time Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in a fast-paced and vibrant beachside environment.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant in a warm and friendly manner

• Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating these clearly to the kitchen team

• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

• Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set up and cleared efficiently

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar Pelayan Restoran or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, polite and professional manner

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
