Payroll Supervisor role responsible for managing and overseeing monthly payroll processes, including salary component input, cut-off, and payroll finalization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee monthly payroll processes, including salary component input, cut-off, and payroll finalization

• Review and validate payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate with HR and Business Unit teams regarding payroll processes

• Support HRIS implementation and payroll process improvements

• Monitor changes in employment regulations and prepare data for audit and reporting needs

About you

• Minimum S1 education (all majors)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS

• Understanding of employment regulations related to payroll

• Strong leadership, integrity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
