Partnership Specialist

About the role

Approach influential speakers, thought leaders and similar positions to collaborate in Workshop Business as speakers and expertise. Partnership with external parties to collaborate in our Workshop Business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a database of potential speakers, including details of their expertise and past speaking engagements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, their representatives, and key organizations

• Act as the primary liaison between speakers and the organization, providing clear communication and timely updates

• Create proposal and ensure all speaker contracts, agreements, and deliverables are finalized in a timely manner

• Foster ongoing relationships to explore future speaking opportunities or collaborations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in speaker acquisition, partnership management, or event planning

• Strategic Partnerships and Account Management skills

• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
