Operator Live Steaming

Job Description

Responsible for managing daily live streaming operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other marketplaces. Coordinate live hosts, schedules, product preparation, promotions, and campaigns to ensure smooth live sessions. Monitor live performance and work with the related teams to improve sales, engagement, and overall results.

Requirements

• Min. 1–2 years of experience in Live Streaming, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or similar roles.

• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live streaming platforms.

• Experienced in coordinating Live Hosts and live streaming schedules.

• Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing several activities at the same time.

• Familiar with basic live streaming metrics such as GMV, orders, viewers, engagement, and conversion rate.

• Experience managing multiple hosts or live streaming teams is a plus.

• E-commerce/Marketplace experience is highly preferred.
