Operations Transformation

Job Description

• Lead operational process improvement by analyzing and redesigning process flows across all miles to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

• Identify system gaps and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system enhancements in collaboration with the IT Product team.

• Communicate with Operations and Non-Operations stakeholders to align project objectives, requirements, timelines, and implementation plans.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: 

• Experience in project management, operations, business process improvement, or system enhancement.

• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects E2E, including planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze operational processes, identify gaps, and develop effective improvement solutions.

• System & Documentation Skills: Ability to develop BRDs and translate operational requirements into system requirements.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience project management tools.

• Adaptability & Ownership: Proactive, , and able to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and tight timelines.
