Operational Supervisor

Job Responsibility

1. Supervise daily operational activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

1. Lead and coordinate operational and technical teams to achieve productivity targets.

2. Monitor the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) regulations in all operational areas.

3. Conduct regular inspections and identify operational or safety improvement opportunities.

4. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed according to schedule.

5. Investigate operational incidents, equipment failures, and safety issues, and implement corrective actions.

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and performance metrics.

7. Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to support operational requirements.

8. Ensure operational equipment and facilities remain in safe and reliable condition.

9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.

10. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings before operational activities.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering.

3. Possess a valid General K3 Certification (AK3U).

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Good understanding of operational procedures and workplace safety.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
