About the role

Salon Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, service standards, and client experience in a beauty salon offering Lash & Brow, Nails, and Facial treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise therapists, nail technicians, lash & brow artists, and other salon staff

• Manage bookings, staff schedules, daily operations, and service flow

• Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues professionally

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, hygiene, and service quality

• Ensure smooth operation of the salon and overall daily performance, stock opname, request procurement

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in salon or beauty industry operations

• Previous experience working in a beauty salon offering Lash & Brow, Nails, and Facial treatments

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Able to communicate professionally with international and local clients

• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and proactive

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced beauty and hospitality environment
