Job Description

1. Conduct research on market, industry technology, customer, competitor, and regulatory trends relevant to company business.
2. Monitor emerging technologies and identify their potential business impact and application.
3. Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive intelligence. 
4. Identify emerging customer needs, pain points, and behavioral changes.
5. Develop market and technology intelligence reports to support management decision making.
6. Develop periodic market research reports covering relevant industries & technology domains.
7. Technology & Trend Scouting across areas, such as : AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IoT, Digital Platforms, Automation, Blockchains, etc.
8. Translate Research Findings into Actionable Business Recommendation.
9. Manage Innovation Pipeline. 

Job Requirement

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in Research & Development, Business Research, Market Intelligence, Innovation Management, Business Development, Digital Business, Technology Consulting, Industry Research.
