NPD Ekspor Staff

What you will do:

• Support the product development process for export products, including packaging development and product documentation.

• Manage the administration and shipment of benchmarking samples and approval samples to export buyers and/or the Export Sales team.

• Coordinate internal organoleptic/sensory evaluation panels to assess supplier samples and trial results.

• Coordinate with the Packaging Development team to ensure nutrition claims, ingredient lists, and warning labels on packaging designs comply with regulations in the destination countries.

• Prepare administrative and technical data required for new product launches.

• Coordinate international certification processes with relevant departments to ensure completion according to the established timeline.

• Ensure product development activities and documentation comply with applicable FDA, EU, Codex, and BPOM regulations.

We are looking for you who:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in NPD, Product Development, Packaging Development, or a related role, preferably in the FMCG/food industry.

• Good understanding of packaging development and product development processes.

• Proficient in applications/software related to product development and packaging development.

• Good knowledge of FDA, EU, Codex, and BPOM regulations, particularly those related to food products and labeling.

• Strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
