Moving Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Moving Manager to manage and develop our moving, delivery, and pickup operations across Bali. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating clients, drivers, movers, transportation, schedules, payments, and the overall quality of moving services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all moving, delivery, and pickup operations

• Coordinate drivers, movers, and transportation for each order

• Schedule and assign moving teams based on client requirements

• Communicate with clients and confirm all moving details

• Prepare and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules

• Monitor the entire moving process from booking to completion

• Ensure all items are handled, loaded, transported, and unloaded safely

• Coordinate deliveries and pickups between clients and WSS storage facilities

• Solve operational issues and handle unexpected situations during moving jobs

• Monitor drivers' and movers' performance and service quality

About you

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to quickly solve operational problems and make decisions independently

• Experience managing drivers, movers, or other operational teams

• Good knowledge of Bali and the main areas of the island

• Fluent English — written and spoken

• Good Indonesian — written and spoken

• Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel

• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
