MICE Marketing Manager - GWK

Job Description

• Develop MICE sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, and MICE industry partners.

• Lead sales negotiations, develop business proposals, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Monitor sales performance, budgets, and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales/MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), with at least 3 years in a managerial or department head position.

• Strong business development, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Willing to be placed at GWK, Bali.
